Initially, there was a recruiter call. After that, the hiring manager set up an interview. During the interview, there were two interviewers: the hiring manager and the tech lead. Nothing technical was covered; all behavioral questions were asked.

First, a phone interview, and then a virtual interview. I was asked about security-related questions. How do you maintain security in your environment? What is your strategy for instance- and database-level security?

I had one interview, and it had two people. It wasn't a technical interview. They just asked me questions about my interests and past projects. One person asked more technical questions, but it still wasn't a technical interview.
