I was hired externally as a Quality Analyst at Wells Fargo. Right now, because of a business need decision, this LOB needs to move QAs from a Representative role. Though the salary and pay grade are the same, if we had to move outside WF, this would be an agent post.
We don't have enough time to apply for an IJP because of what management brought to us. I didn't expect this to happen, and how they handled this kind of situation affects all people involved.
I understand that there can be changes along the way, and that's totally fine. I've been in this industry for many years, but having some empathy and compassion for people makes the difference.
All the things that management said during the hard discussion were nothing but lip service. I had high expectations for Wells Fargo, but because of this, it has changed my perspective.
