Great pay, poor management
I loved working remote, but that ended. The pay was great.
We were told we had to go back into the office to be with our teams, but my team doesn't work in the same state.
They said they want us to be able to walk up to our team lead's desk and resolve an issue, but my team lead was in Las Vegas and Minnesota.
The team lead couldn't do their job and had poor quality reviews. They sat on work and got it to our team last second. Other teams had a week to get their reports done; my team might have a couple of hours.
Listen to your employees. A toxic work environment.
The manager didn't know what we did or how to do it.
