Decent pay, benefits, and time off. Allowed to work from home a couple days a week.
Going through downsizing and restructuring. Leadership seems to give political answers when they should know more.
Have a clear vision that employees can help work towards. Current town halls seem like vague goals about getting "more efficient", followed by structural changes that don't have leadership in place to implement.
