Good team. You can expect a good salary.
Unnecessary complexity in all projects. So much dependency on others, and there is no proper process to overcome the dependency. You will feel like you are working in a different technology which is out of this world.
A process for each category has to be established to fasten development, as well as to stop frequent changes in team hierarchy, development strategy, or tools, which helps in the growth of the Bank.
