- Everyone is treated well; good work and talent are appreciated.
- Good work-life balance.
- Far behind in technology.
- Too much red tape, bureaucracy, and procedures leave little room for maintaining a good pace of innovation.
- Ever-changing corporate structure.
- Need to coordinate with peers in the US, so despite technically not working in a shift, work goes on until late evening. However, we can start late too, which works for people who are not early birds.
Making the system more resilient will allow for better, faster tech growth.
