The pay is good, people are friendly, and offices are well-located near every other big tech firm you might think of. The cafeteria is also nice.
The work is slower and often unexciting. However, there are teams which are working on exciting projects, but most of them hire only from Tier-1 colleges. The office does not have a lot going on when it comes to co-curriculars/sports.
The interview process was hassle-free and very smooth. I liked the entire process, from day 1 to my joining date, everything was very organized. The recruiter was very helpful throughout the process.
Three rounds in total. It was tough with a lot of DSA. Scenario-based questions and domain knowledge were also included. Banking experience is given priority. Three rounds in total. Every round had coding questions.
The recruiter was very nice and helpful. The process was quick; the first round was on Tuesday, the second round was on Thursday, and the offer was rolled out on Friday. Overall, I am happy with the process.
