Pros

The employer is so good that even outdated managers and senior engineers are surviving without any issues.

Work-life balance is so much that after working 2–3 years here, it becomes hard to handle real work outside.

They pay good salaries and provide all facilities.

Cons

I feel hundreds of managers and senior employees have become lazy and are in a deep comfort zone.

They don’t want new joiners to break that loop; anyone who tries to improve or push technical work gets demotivated.

The work environment doesn’t support learning or growth. Even if you want to work, the team or infrastructure will hold you back.

Years can pass by, and you’ll realize you didn’t grow technically.

They don’t invest in proper high-end machines that are actually needed to do productive work.

Advice to Management

Please remove managers who are not contributing and are just maintaining a comfort culture.

Invest in high-performance machines, not just good-looking offices.

Create a work environment that supports performance, learning, and growth.
