Pros

Except package and transportation, nothing is great. Wells is a great brand, but people's mindset or culture is not great.

Cons

Managers play favourites, especially in commercial banking.

Managers are not so technical; they don't involve themselves in technical discussions or any planning calls, and there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of people management.

They form groups and are very biased towards their group of people.

There's a lack of 360-degree feedback.

Many people are leaving because it has become a toxic culture.

Stay away from joining Hyderabad teams.

If you want to grow in your career, stay away from this toxic place.

Advice to Management

Please improve front-line management on technical and people management aspects. Make the internal promotion process strict. Conduct technical interviews as compulsory for internal promotion. Raise the bar for senior engineering managers.
