No one to monitor, so who wants no learning or growth can choose working here.
- Wells India is asking employees to come back to the office starting January 31, 2022.
- There are two shifts to choose from: ending at 7:30 PM or 10:30 PM.
- There is no shift allowance.
- There is no recognition.
- The health policy is poor.
- There are more advantages for US employees, while Indian employees are treated like consultants.
- There is a lot of discrimination.
-A better bond is needed between the US and India teams. -More work shifts should be introduced, at least 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM.
- Poor health policy when compared to peers like J.P. Morgan Chase.
