Very bad management
There is no good part about this company.
- Projects are managed as a mess.
- Managers only know how to push you to work harder and harder, no matter how much you have already done.
- No salary raise at all once you joined, or very slow.
- No career growth path planned for you.
- Lots of politics.
Improve yourself first; otherwise, everyone on your team will have no space to grow.
