Pros

Company benefits include a good insurance policy and a good hike when joining the organization. The office is good.

Cons

Please find the below points:

  1. TECHNOLOGY: Technology is very old here. Migration is happening on very few projects. They will tell you during the interview that we are working on so many things, but it's not like that.

  2. PEOPLE: I was in a good team. Understanding and helping others was present, but the management is totally opposite. Offshore and onshore are not in sync. The offshore manager plays a lot of politics, and the onshore manager thinks we will do whatever we want. There's a culture of micromanagement and always asking for status.

  3. HR: They will simply say yes according to the manager or policies. Forget about employee care; all they will tell you is the policy. Just a note: you cannot switch projects before two years of your organization joining date.

  4. RATING: Ah... Maximum people are leaving because of that. You will only get a good hike during joining. Out of 10 people, 8 are leaving because of the hike. Same salary or hardly 5 percent growth in three years.

Advice to Management

Offshore managers: Please leave your egos and start working for the organization rather than for yourselves.

Onshore managers: Please stop micromanaging and stop considering your teams as robots.

HRs: Please try to make the work culture good rather than always thinking of policies.
