More courses could be offered, and intra/cross-team knowledge transfers could be encouraged. People giving knowledge could be better recognized so it is passed on.
It was just one round, as the need was urgent. The hiring manager was great and had clarity on what he needed to know. It was super fast, just 30 minutes, and I was selected.
Some of the worst managers hire their acquaintances, even if they lack knowledge. Despite candidates performing extremely well in interviews, they aren't considered. It's a waste of time, especially with managers in Hyderabad. Interview Experience I
