Good compensation, insurance, Wi-Fi reimbursement per month, and quarterly team lunches or dinners.
Nice work-from-home choice as per genuine family reasons.
Professional teammates, reach company by heart, employee caring.
So many benefits, do not have time to mention them all.
No matching work with profile. Several employees are not happy due to the same reason (including US). Developers are working for non-technical L1 support.
The internal transfer process (IJP) is useless. No HR or manager reaches out after applying. There is no knowledge growth.
Several technical people are working for L1 support, and life is miserable and hopeless.
At least look at the skill set of people and add them to the correct team. Even after giving very good compensation and a high standard of living, employees are not happy.
Whenever they see any opening on sites like Glassdoor or LinkedIn matching their profile, they literally feel so much pain. You already have people with the required skill set; first of all, give them a chance.
