Decent pay for the St. Louis area. Opportunity for advancement.
They don't appear to be investing in the St. Louis area.
The type of managers who are only concerned with climbing the corporate ladder without appropriate knowledge or skills are a net detriment to the company, as well as to the employees under them.
Any low ratings I'd give only pertain to a small number of managers.
