This company is laying off a lot of people and giving the ones still there four times the work. I’m not exaggerating at all; they lay off and don’t put processes in place to succeed.

It's easy, no coding, but there are a few technical questions that you will be asked about. Not too bad at all. However, you have to get lucky to be placed on a good team. I did not get lucky.
It was smooth and quick, and also did not include any coding portion. The interviewers were nice and easy to talk to. It was only one round of interviews. A week later, they told me I got the offer.
Went directly to a panel interview – no phone screening. The panel interview had 4 software engineers and one manager/tech lead. All questions were very C++ focused rather than general programming.
