Friendly Culture, Unfair Promotions
Wells Fargo has a great, friendly environment with good benefits. I enjoy working at Wells Fargo. I strongly recommend Wells Fargo to others.
There are some people in Wells Fargo who promote people based not on the criteria but because of race and relations. Also, because of the race and relations criteria, they deprive US citizens from competing with foreign workers. For example, fresh graduates from foreign countries have a better probability of getting a job at Wells Fargo compared to fresh graduates from our local universities. This is the same case with all other major US companies.
The Management should keep an eye on the hiring and promotion processes.
Our people should be given at least an equal chance to compete with foreign workers.
