Work-Life Balance Employee-Friendly Policies Great Company

New managers coming from other companies are spoiling the culture.

Managers are openly using trading platforms to trade during office hours. I have seen my manager doing this when I shared my screen.

Please value existing employees and try to normalize their CTC if they are consistently performing well.

Please evaluate the appreciations and promotions given by managers. They are favoring team members who like their WhatsApp posts. They are forming groups and gaslighting honest working team members.

In India, managers are hiring their friends and relatives of their favorite team members by coordinating with other managers. Unfortunately, there is no way to find this out.

There is very unethical behavior by managers hired in the last five years. They are bringing in a "suck-up" culture where every team member under him/her will eventually end up as a suck-up due to their torture and gaslighting.
