The interview took just one session, one hour. They were very fast. It seems like it is urgent to hire someone. It was a Skype interview. There were some connection difficulties since everybody worked from home because of the pandemic.
Database Administrator (DBA)
First, a phone interview, and then a virtual interview. I was asked about security-related questions. How do you maintain security in your environment? What is your strategy for instance- and database-level security?

Expect a behavioral-based interview. Typically, this is a panel that alternates asking questions of the interviewee. Also, typically just one round for engineering roles. Might ask some tech questions too.
