Wells Fargo is not good these days
I don't find anything pro, unless you join at a very senior position and are planning to retire.
Salary is not at par. Service-based companies are paying more than Wells.
Management sucks.

Software Engineer
Normal telephonic call, mostly with one or two technical rounds followed by an HR round. The difficulty level is mostly average. A full-stack developer is preferred, but if someone is strong on one side, that is also preferred.

Very easy, had only one round of interview. It was technical and HM together. A few basic DSA questions were asked along with situational questions. It went for 1.5 hours and was mostly great. The interviewers were very friendly.
