Work-life balance is good at Wells.
No cons as of now.
The interview process is a little lengthy, i.e., it has three rounds. For each round, the difficulty increases. First, I cracked the technical interview round, and I entered the HR round, and then the managerial round.
Asked about my projects, and oops, CNC, TLS, SSL, DBMS, system design, React, Next.js, Node.js, Go, Python, JS, TS, Java, and C++.
Very easy, had only one round of interview. It was technical and HM together. A few basic DSA questions were asked along with situational questions. It went for 1.5 hours and was mostly great. The interviewers were very friendly.
