There are no pros here in Wells Fargo.
People who are interested in technology, should stay away from Wells Fargo. They will either make you code in a 20-year-old legacy project or will assign a support project.
Managers here in India are spineless with no authority; they just bootlick stakeholders in the US.
Develop some skills. Don't waste the talent of others.
