Big company.
Can work from home for a couple of days for now.
It seems like you're living and working in another country.
No diversity whatsoever.
I don't know how Wells Fargo HR thought.
You feel uncomfortable and like you're an outsider.
Avoid going there completely.
To HR: Hiring diverse IT workers is not that hard.
If you only hire employees from one country, it will make others feel uncomfortable.
Only holidays from one country are celebrated by the department. You will never feel welcome being like the outsiders.
Could WF save more money by shutting down this department and moving it to that country if you only hire engineers from that country?
There would be a telephonic interview once the profile is selected. The interview would be for an hour. The next round would be a 1:1 interview and a written test of 2 hours would be conducted.
Questions were mostly based on the resume, so please thoroughly review your skills so you can be able to get the answers. The company is mostly based in the financial sector, so please try to learn database and data science.
The interview process was good, but the interviewer was really bad. He was totally busy on his phone and was not listening to the answers, just asking the next questions. This felt like a waste of our time. This was really not expected from a company
