Very good work-life balance.
My team worked on the legacy code.
It is not a good place for freshers, as you cannot learn much.
Technical Round Asked about my project architecture and some technical questions on Java 8 and microservices. It seems the interviewer didn't have enough knowledge to ask the questions.
The interview process generally has three rounds. The first round is a technical one and would be taken by someone from the team hiring you. Since I was applying for a position on the Microsoft Tech stack, I was mostly asked questions related to OOP
Telephonic interview followed by Zoom conference. The worst is, irrespective of repeated follow-ups, they never provide proper feedback. It would be professional that Wells Fargo respects the candidate's time and provides them with detailed feedback.
