I can't complain about the pay and educational opportunities.
Be careful that you don't get isolated from your assigned team.
At one point, I had to ask team members what jobs I could work on because, for some reason, the scrum master and project manager didn't have anything for me.
There were "favorite developers" assigned tasks.
Make sure everyone is allowed to participate. All jobs and assignments should be assigned; no one should have to ask other devs for assignments for a sprint. What is the scrum master for?
