Phone interview scheduled by Employer with Client. Client Manager assesses our technical skill set required for project. In-person interview will be scheduled, and an in-depth assessment will be done.

Non-technical HR interview going over background and experience. Second interview: technical interview with very common CS questions. These questions become more specific to the technology being used, i.e., Angular, SQL, etc.

I was initially referred by the campus director at The Iron Yard in Charlotte. I then went through a few phone interviews to determine cultural fit and general skill level. Then I did an in-person interview with the hiring manager where I was asked
