Wells Fargo offered stable employment and good benefits.
The office culture was often drab and very dry, which I suppose is not uncommon for a banking institution.
They were constantly undergoing reorganizations and shifts that would place a person under different managers, who thus often didn't really have time to get to know you.
Basic administrative processes were often overwrought and absurdly convoluted, things such as filling out time sheets or requesting PTO. Other job duty processes were constantly, quickly placing work documentation, which we were expected to create, out of date.
It would be nice if Wells Fargo didn't regularly generate bad headlines.
There is a total of 3 rounds. One round is technical. One round is managerial + technical again. The last one is an HR round. I have completed 2 rounds at the Wells Fargo Bangalore campus. The interview process is quite good and easy as well. Howeve
I applied and got a couple of phone interviews. The first one was a generic one, just to get a sense of who I was. The second phone call was more of a technical call, asking a lot of questions. After that call, I went in to do a meet and greet.
It was an on-campus drive. The first round was resume shortlisted. After that, an online assessment was conducted. From this test, only a few students got a chance to be interviewed. I was one of them. There were 2 interview rounds: Technical and HR
