Good perks? I want to say yes, but I am conflicted.
In the name of diversity and inclusion, hires cheap employees.
They desperately expect them to work as well as their peers. Too much politics negatively impacts mental health, outs people, and there's not very good management. They do not set expectations correctly, provide no proper training, and have no proper hiring mechanism for diversity and inclusion. They do not even share their salaries and posts until joining.
Promises are made, and something else is delivered. Their partner in crime is the hiring agency, aka NGOs/HR recruitment.
Everyone is doing diversity a favor and keeps reminding them of that.
