Flex schedule depending on department

Cons
  • No defined path for advancement.
  • Annual review raises are minimal and there is no consideration or adjustment to account for cost of living.
  • The 401k matching process does not fully benefit employees (ask if applying).
  • Removed tools that helped employees understand job families and pay scales, reducing visibility on career paths and pay negotiations.
Advice to Management

Employees are people and should not be treated as disposable resources. Every year, employee benefits and compensation have been getting stripped, while bragging about net profits. Wells Fargo needs to stop finding profits at the expense of employees.
