Decent culture. The snakes were pretty systematically weeded out. "No sharp elbows" is true. Multicultural without being annoying about it. Most people who left did so because they retired. A good sign.
So big. So much work to do. The positions can swallow you alive. Poor coaching, no formal mentoring program at least where I was. The Wachovia merger was many 65-hour weeks. I hear it's back to more like normal now.
