The work is not incredibly difficult but is challenging enough to not get bored. The people are all pretty much great; I've never had any problems. It's very easy to develop and move around within the company, whether it be pure promotion, keeping your role but with a different group, or leaving your role and group entirely. It's also a safe company where I have no fears of being laid off.
Work can become redundant. If you're too efficient, it can get boring if you don't seek out more varied work or projects.
Can't really advise management in any way. They're fully engaged, friendly, and accommodating.
A phone interview followed by an in-person interview with 3 different people. It was all technical; basically, they want to see if you know what you claim and also understand the fundamentals properly to solve an issue.
Got a vendor call, and they asked me about my experience. Next, they scheduled my interview for 3 days later. I had an interview with 3 people. All went well, but they needed a more experienced person. So, no luck.
Landed an interview through a campus career fair. They have a behavioral interview where they ask the usual questions and some technical questions related to things you put on your resume.
