A good bank to work for
Pre-COVID, cabs were provided.
A competitive salary, but definitely not the great package offered during the interview.
Mostly no major need to stretch and work. Work-life balance is good overall.
QA roles are getting terminated. Hikes not great anymore; 10% is the max from what I heard. The bank is not performing well, and so job security is a concern now. Lot of layoffs are happening quietly.
