Pros

I would try to be as true as I can.

Infrastructure (Facility, Cafeteria and Other Infrastructure) - The best you would have ever come across.

Transport Facilities

Flexibility. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Poor HR policies.

No support for employees leaving the organization, and the full and final settlement process takes a long time.

Lethargic work culture.

First-level managers are like figurines. Senior management is making the place a hell to work.

Work culture. People have less work to do, hence they spend time doing politics and spoiling the atmosphere for hard workers.

Advice to Management

Sensitize your senior managers. This will set the stage and the notion correct for everyone.

Take exit interviews seriously.

Introduce swipe in and swipe out for some time so that employees take office timings seriously.

Respect the first level managers and the employees.

Tone down the over-utilized work-life balance for employees.
