Caps on merit and bonus, lots of new outside management, very little direction from senior management beyond “get it done,” constant crisis management. 24/7 on-call; nights, weekends, and holidays are the norm for exempt employees.
Stop trying to turn this company into the Bay Area’s hottest tech startup.
If we wanted a lifestyle of constant chaos, little direction, and unlimited work, we would be at Facebook.
We choose the bank for stability and quality of life — we’re getting neither and none of the upside benefits of working at a technology firm.
