Wells Fargo is trying to do better, climbing out of the hole they created for themselves.
Wells is not treating their employees well enough. I received a very good review for the second year. I received a reasonable bonus, but much lower than a standard salary increase (let's just say less than 2%!!!). The co-location strategy will also affect valuable talent who live in non-prime locations.
WF is not staying true to its roots and "rep". Compensate employees appropriately, or they will vote with their feet.
Technical and leadership questions. It was not a lengthy process. Clear and accommodative. Followed up on time. Did not need any reminders when working with the recruiting team. Informative and enjoyable experience.
Very simple interview process with two rounds. One with the hiring manager, with a little bit of technical, and then the HR interview. All were completed for me the same day.
Total of 3 rounds of technical cum management discussion, followed by an HR discussion. The first two rounds were conducted by senior managers in India, and the last round was conducted by a panel of two based in the US.
