Sexual harassment is driving women to resign
Excellent infrastructure and great US partners.
Worst culture, very unsafe for women, and very unprofessional. Diversity and inclusion is a hoax. When women complain, they are put through severe torture and mental harassment, causing severe depression and anxiety. Due to this, they are forced to resign. Most unethical conversations and a flimsy culture. Willing and compromising women get better opportunities.
Your hierarchical structure makes sure that concerns from the bottom never make it all the way up. This is not because issues are resolved, but purely because people are made to shut up. Please don't put up a show about diversity and inclusion when you really don't mean it in any way.
