Strong people focus as a company in general. Good IT senior leadership. A lot of flexibility in hours and work locations. Excellent overall compensation. Very strong risk focus.

Takes a long time to get things done. A lot of bureaucracy and lack of good process management contribute to that. Almost over-the-top risk focus; spend a lot of time in this area.
Find ways to make things happen faster internally. Find ways to cut out all the bureaucracy and red tape.
