- Good pay
- Reasonable benefits
- Standard hours (mostly)
- Very poor management.
- Constant fear of layoffs, even if you've been there 28 years.
- Directions change constantly. You can't stay on a path in IT.
- The company values statement is good, but they don't follow it.
Mid-level management needs to be replaced.
