Process

Here's the interview process:

  • Karat technical interview (pretty much as many questions as you can get through, first one likely LeetCode easy and then LeetCode mediums after that)
  • Recruiter phone screen
  • Technical Interview 1 (two coding questions, the first one didn't really feel LeetCode but the second one was likely LeetCode medium)
  • Technical Interview 2 + Behavioral (not really a LeetCode-style question; behavioral is based on their principles + product)
  • Reference check (one to two manager references)

The process for me was extremely fast, about one week. I appreciated how responsive my recruiter was and how quickly I was moved forward with next steps after each round. All the interviewers were really friendly, and I had a lot of time to ask questions after the technical problems. I would assume there might be some variance for the Karat interview since it's outsourced, but I was pretty lucky that my Karat interviewer was super nice as well. They gave a pretty flexible offer deadline and were very accommodating about extensions.
