The interview process began with two rounds with Karat. These consisted of an OA, which was more like a multiple-choice quiz, and a two-question LeetCode easy-medium interview conducted by a third-party interviewer.

There were a couple of hiccups in the interview process: the Karat "quiz" round seemed a little silly, and the people I put as references mentioned they weren't really able to understand the point of it, as the questions were apparently very mundane.
These are small nits. My recruiter was amazing and always made herself available to answer questions. It truly felt like she wanted to see me do well, which I think is a bit rare. I also enjoyed meeting everyone I talked to during the interview process, a huge part of why I decided to sign.
Karat round: Emphasis on graphs.
Algos interviews were pretty standard LeetCode medium.
The manager round was a bit more holistic than other ones I've had. It wasn't just about technical knowledge.
