Pros: Talented, driven colleagues who are passionate about what they do, management that cares for their folks, focused and effective leadership, minimal red tape/process, and great benefits.

Cons: The work-life balance used to be the biggest issue for me, but things have improved lately. Keeping the quality of the product high while working in a fast-paced manner is sometimes challenging, but the leadership has been providing good guidance on that.

Pros: No two days are alike at Whatnot, but every day I work with a world-class team delivering value to our customers daily. The work is nuanced and interesting – I rarely get bored here. I deliver meaningful work, and it's used by thousands of people daily. People are what makes Whatnot; everyone here is super skilled, friendly, and focused on a common goal. It's a great pleasure to work with a sense of community. I feel rewarded for working here – generous benefits and PTO, training budget, and frequent company offsites.

Cons: I wouldn't say it's a con per se, but this is a fast-paced environment where you're expected to deliver often. You might struggle if you are a perfectionist or don't like that kind of environment.
