Work hard, great engineering culture. Incredibly smart and competent people, but friendly and non-intimidating. Quarterly team offsites and biannual company offsites balance the loneliness of remote work.
Remote-first can feel a bit lonely at times. Nobody really goes to the offices in NYC, LA, or SF.
