People are smart, kind, and helpful. It's a growing company with a quick dev process and few meetings (probably because I'm junior level).
I can't really think of anything for now.
Only through email to arrange and follow up, not a very clear procedure. You may receive many emails from many people, and some may be system emails. I guess it's a small company, not well arranged for this.
1 recruiter call, then an interview with a Karat Engineer. The Karat Engineer asked me basic DSA questions, as the position was for a new grad. I did not apply for the position; the recruiter reached out to me. Overall, a good experience.
It appears the HR round invite was automated. I received a Hirflix interview link right after. This seems more like an automated scheduling email than a personalized HR response.
