I am currently waiting for the second interview. The first one was a short 30-minute session focused on behavioral questions. The interviewer was very nice and friendly. Most of the questions focused on my past experiences.

Only through email to arrange and follow up, not a very clear procedure. You may receive many emails from many people, and some may be system emails. I guess it's a small company, not well arranged for this.
