Process
It was pretty great.
They basically put me with the team I was interviewing for and ran me through some issues they were actually working on.
We brainstormed together. They would offer their own suggestions or correct me, but at the end it felt just like working with your team.
Questions
There were no straight questions, but we discussed:
- How to paginate a table without primary keys.
- How to moderate and make sure we could ban people without knowing who they are and not tracking anything personal, such as IPs or emails.
