Prior to the interview, I asked if the hiring manager interview would be technical in nature. They said no. They lied; the entire interview was technical.
I don't mind technical interviews, but it seemed incredibly unfair of them to do that.

Pros: Easily the most dense engineering talent that I have worked with or seen in the Bay Area.
Unlike most AI startups, we have lots of actual users and customers, which makes it feel like the work we are doing is meaningful.
A no-nonsense culture that balances building cutting-edge AI R&D with driving real value to customers today.
Cons: A bit of a hidden gem in the AI startup space because it is in South Bay rather than San Francisco.
