I get to work with some of the brightest, most inspiring people I have met. The engineering culture is collaborative and positive-sum, so it's super motivating to work here.
Above all else, the people here really want to make magical technology that works. Minimal time for naysayers or dreamers -- only healthy criticism and constructive discussion.
There's a lot of work to do, and sometimes the pace can feel frenetic.
One technical interview, featuring a LeetCode-style algorithm question. The interviewer was helpful, though very direct and not very warm. The interview was 45 minutes long. It was a tough but interesting problem about building a search engine. O
Took home OA via Coderbyte, which was not terribly difficult and pretty standard. Scheduled a technical interview immediately after, but they never showed up. I reached out and rescheduled the interview. The interviewer was late, would barely speak
OA - Implement file cloning with multiple steps. Technical - 2x 1 LC mediums in 45 mins, one matrix and one array question. Array question needed to use a heap and a smart insight.
