Extremely high agency, stimulating work, and challenging problems. Best of all, some of the smartest and hardest working people I've ever worked with. I also love the flat management structure, fast decision making, and the engineering development speed.
It's hard work, but it's rewarding.
It's not for everyone, but it's extremely rewarding for those that seek the hard work.
Great job with the culture and initial team. Keep the bar high as the company grows. The energy is fantastic, and I'd love to see it keep up as the company grows.
