The process itself looked nice and smooth - interviewers asked questions, I answered - until the recruiter disappeared after another round. The process is like:
- Interview with recruiter. General questions.
- Technical session. Acquaintanceship and online coding.
- System design tech session. Acquaintanceship, online drawing, online coding. Here HR disappears. Two other rounds followed.
Questions
General questions, like experience and current responsibilities. Java core, System Design. Nothing extraordinary.

Pros: People are smart around you. Engineering is good. Problems are worth tackling.
Cons: Unusually high expectations and not that good pay to match it. Extremely feedback-driven; do one single mistake and someone will write it on your feedback. I feel it depends on who your lead is and the kind of team it is. For me, it has become quite suffocating to receive so much feedback, especially when two team members can give opposite feedback.
