4 Stages: HR, Code (Hackerrank), System Design (Hackerrank), Product Interview.
Each one is eliminatory. I passed the first 3, and they were very good and well-conducted, showing a lot of Wise's culture. The last one, however, was horrible, conducted by a leadership with less than 1 month at Wise.
A rude person, doesn't let you complete your line of reasoning for the question, ended the interview before time, didn't follow Wise's own guidelines on the Product Interview stage at all. As toxic as their former company.
They mocked me when I asked about Wise's culture. I don't know how a professional like that is part of a company I admire so much.
